A thought:

Starnet applied for National Nasdaq in March/April. I have heard that the Nat'l listing is just a couple days away for about 2 months now. I have also heard that earnings are a couple days away for about a month.

Where do you get the information that Nat'l NASDAQ listing is 2 days or a week away?

Don't get me wrong. I am long Starnet and bought more today. I like the company. I have just been hearing for far too long that the listing is a couple days away.

Any thoughts on what the NY decision will do to this stock tomorrow?

Best,

Mark

The "finance corporation" of LVC got the good end of this deal. Keep in mind that they said they are International. People off shores can SHORT OTC BB stocks...They got their job done. Issued a PR to destroy the stock, they were short, and bam, back to their island :-)

robert d,

The NASD has been looking at those books as the ernst & young audit was completed 1 1/2-2 weeks ago. Listing will only happen once the NASD finishes its review. There is no timeframe, though it could be within the period you mention.
