Ken, The same thing happened to me. I had one frustrating experience
after another with Discover until I lost a big sum of money because of their screwed up system and employees. You are lucky this time they gave you back your $20,000!! Get out while you still have some money left. I love Brown and I have been with them for many months now. The only thing is that they require that you put down $15,000 to open an account.
