Current results only go thru 06/99 352,576 shares short. Perhaps someone else has a site with more recent info.

Jason, one wild guess is that the 96.4% number is accurate and a few institutions are trading SNDK back and forth at increasing prices to pump up their reported returns. Not so long ago, Japanese banks used this kind of action to cover their real estate losses. It's only a crazy idea but anything is possible.
