Re: Cease Trade order Tuesday Jul 27 1999 "A Section 164 cease trade order has been issued by the B.C. Securities Commission on July 27, 1999, against the following company for failing to file its financial statements and quarterly reports for the period ended Jan. 31, 1999, and April 30, 1999." I would say that it would take nothing short of a miracle to get this dog trading again.
