Re: Cease Trade order

Tuesday Jul 27 1999
"A Section 164 cease trade order has been issued by the B.C. Securities Commission on July 27, 1999, against the following company for failing to file its financial statements and quarterly reports for the period ended Jan. 31, 1999, and April 30, 1999."

I would say that it would take nothing short of a miracle to get this dog trading again.

Cease trade order rescinded. In less than one month!!!!

However unusual it is for a company to manage to get a 'cease trade' lifted, I've often seen it take 18-24 months to accomplish. There must have been some reeeeeal smooth talkin' going on to get this up again in less than a month.

Congratulations and good luck to those of you still in this.
