I read a commentary before (unfortunately I lost the web address for it) that none of the big guys can easily jump into web hosting due to some accounting reasons (I could not remember the details). For them, the possible way to do web hosting without hurting the profit margin of their business is to either spin-off the business as an independent company to compete with EXDS or purchase EXDS instead.
