Personal experience with DELL and GTW....my 3yr old GTW 133MHTZ computer gave me no trouble other than a defective CDRom a year later and service was very fast and helpful by phone.I just bought a Dell Celeron433MHZ computer that crashed in less than 4 weeks due to a defective DiskDrive...waited over a half-hour several times and if it were not for E-mailing Dell and calling IR I would not have gotten a repairman to my house with the new DD...this repairman REFUSED to reinstall the software !..my wife had to spend several hours doing that...Needless to say GTW bested DELL in the product and servicing area.

Thank you for your post. I did not realize that GTW had a PE of less than 30. As for DELL and CSCO's PE, they always seem to support the PE. Why should now be any different than before? perhaps, rising interest rates.
