NT will and should move up nicely on the upward revisions - 99 numbers ought to come up a minimum of 6 cents and maybe more, 00 up a dime. I'm not certain you'll see too much multiple expansion, BTW LU and CSCO have very different P/Es. LU at 40x CY00 EPS is a better target than CSCO at 60x CY00 EPS, although I rate LU top-line and bottom-line growth prospects as somewhat stronger than NT.

I agree with you that NT is a terrific company, but I really would characterise these results as good rather than terrific. Wireless needs to grow faster, enterprise needs to grow, before I call them terrific. Nonetheless, I would be a buyer here - we already have a nice position - and you should not interpret what I hope are balanced comments to be "spin" or inappropriately negative.
