Sometime back in 1994 three guys looking for a way to get into business for
themselves first heard of this thing called the "web." Now, all they had to do was find
something that other people would be interested in and would purchase from them
online. Well after tossing around some ideas, nothing worthwhile, the idea of
creating other people's web sites was mentioned. Well that was the beginning of
Advanced Web Creations, Inc. (AWC).

The business was formed in April 1995 as a part time experiment. The company was
started on a "shoestring," all funding coming from credit cards. The focus was to
create web sites for other companies and to maintain them on our server. In
December of 1995 this became a full time responsibility so we left our current
employment and began to try making a living on the Internet.

Advanced Web Creations, Inc. soon saw that there was a growing demand for
affordable domain name web site hosting. In early 1996, the company put together a
team of computer professionals to find a solution for this demand. While most
companies were charging $100.00 plus a month, Advanced Web Creations, Inc. was
able to offer greater service and better support for only a fraction of that price.

The company had such great success providing this service that we decided to shift
our entire focus on web site hosting.

Our goal is to become the one stop web hosting solution for companies large and
small. We are regularly adding features to our hosting plan, and always upgrading
our infrastructure to provide a level of service that is second to none.

As of March 99, AWC has registered approximately 21,000 domain names with
Internic and has over 40 class C domains serving its approximate 9,000 active
customers. AWC has 24 webservers providing service to these customers. All servers
are monitored 24 hours a day to ensure a balanced load across our network. In
addition there is a server that acts as the primary nameserver, another which acts as
an ftp server and mail relay and 3 dedicated RAID servers. We have multiple T-1
connections and a T-3 connection to the Internet through various ISP's. We are
currently adding about 450 new domains a month and registering about 1000 for
potential clients.

Advanced Web Creations Inc. is now a leading Internet presence provider and has
been selected as a Gold Premier ISP Partner with the Internic.

TitleLink TM, a nation wide real estate Value Added Network
facilitates the closing process involved when a property
transfers title. The TitleLink network links each participant in
the closing process electronically over a national network. This
network is comprised of both Lotus Notes users and Internet
browser users.

U.S. Technologies' current plan is to enable TitleLink to
become the real estate industry's first Internet-based value
added network to electronically connect thousands of title
insurance agents and third party service providers that process
policies for the major underwriters. Several nationwide pilots
between UST and TitleLink are currently being discussed.
