Lithium plant development Mining Journal, 30 Jul 1999, p 82-83 Lithium Metal Technologies Inc/Lithos Corp is to build a 750 t/y lithium carbonate plant in Quebec, Canada. Construction of the three-line plant will start within a few months at a cost of C$1.6 million. The first 50 t/y phase will be in operation by the end of 1999, a second, 200 t/y phase by March/April 2000, and the final, 500 t/y phase by late 2000. _______ Not that relevant to HLM's Pakeagama Lake, but it may be of interest to some following Li markets and producers.
