Armin, I think the logical extension of your argument on tracking stocks would be that if GENZ issued ones for all of its businesses,
the enterprise, as the sum of the parts, should have little value -- which makes no sense.

Therefore, I think there is something wrong with your view, but I don't quite know how to address it, except to say that for many, many years EDS was a tracking stock of GM and did not get a haircut from the best analysts in America.
