I also listened and as expected they are trying to see how yields are achieved with siemens as customers want to buy.Actel now has 25 % of gate and will probably loan them money till they own all of gate or someone else shows interest as action is now in high gate count products. My guess is actel will eventually buy gate or remotely siemens and I doubt if the good doctor has any licensing deals contracts in hand and plan may be to convert shares to actel as I don't see them continuing independently for long as this management team lost control of the company long ago.

It is not that bad a deal for actel as they have no rd expenses and will give back some funds to gate as they sell the chips and they also will slowly buy gate piece by piece for way less then it cost to design the technology.Gate employees will one day work for actel as they are in effect working for actel anyway .The only wild card is the flash tech-if a big hit gate could rise but I thinlk actel would buy them before then-good luck.
