What does anyone think of this acquisition? More importantly I wonder what the street will think of it. We have been beaten down a little bit here in the last week or so. I almost bought more shares at 7 3/4 today, but decided not too, since that would have made CRUS about half my portfolio.........I have to be a little bit diversified <gg> B

Crus is moving nice today. I guess the news of acquisition is being well received by some investors. IT appears as though Crus is making good efforts to really focus and intensify the core business, which is something that CRUS failed to do for a long, long time. Right now, mass storage business is down causing slower than expected revenue growth for CRUS. HOwever,this down turn in the mass storage business force diskmakers to turn to more integrated solution like 3CI's chip to bring down the cost and maintain the gross margin of the product. It will take a couple of more Q's for CRUS stock to move but I think we really have seen the bottom of this stock.
