I am still long MEXP, and I don't consider the discussion of this stock to be hype at all. MEXP will do well once the refinance news is out, which should be in the next few weeks. Wall Street hates uncertainty. Once the impending refinancing is complete, drilling activity will pick up on the Mississippi salt domes, and we should see a further run-up as drilling results come in.

I am expecting a nice run-up in NG stocks this year. It is all supply and demand, and demand is set to surpass supply by a wide margin later this year. Drilling has been off the last couple of years, and the drilling that has happened recently results in shorter lived wells. We might even see a large spike this winter. Hang in there longs! Shorts, you'd better cover now while the going is still good, because come next winter you'll wish you were wearing asbestos underwear!
