Rob: No mention of the Harold Robbins materials in the pack. Also, no mention of the Suleyman film. The pack comes across as a concept of future plans. In that regard, it seems, pending further notice, that we are not in a significantly different position than before the merger. I recognize that the company has management who may have a decent chance of performing. The merger partner also has cash flow. If they are progressing, it is not apparent. One might speculate that if they were making timely progress, they would not be so chary of saying so. Company officials neglect in responding to shareholders is a concern. They are certainly building up ill will. The view that they can't say anything unless its in a press release sounds "overscrupulous." It suggests limited experience. They might consider training the receptionist to answer routine questions (merger conditions, outstanding shares, properties still owned, projected times for accomplishments, etc). Significant news announcements can wait for the vaunted press release. Steve

I haven't heard from the company yet reguarding the questions I had faxed to them. I do have a call into Gerry and/or Erik. There is a brief investor package out, that I will try to get on here ASAP. Rob D. For what its worth from the DFNL topic on RB: ----------------------------------------------------------------- SOunds like this one will become a legit company. I heard they may be working together with MDCE (Media Concepts). Do you know anything about this?? ----------------------------------------------------------------- Rob: Finally got a chance to do some more due diligence, and in answer to your question, MDCE has a new board, and the companies are getting along very well. There is nothing definitive at the present time, but the possibility definitely exists of DFNL and MDCE working together on projects in the future. Things are looking very good for the company, the new management has an abundance of deals on which they are working, and everything looks to be on track to raise the value of our shareholdings significantly.
