To All: 200-300 million more shares have been added according to Tony Diez on the Yahoo thread. Take a look at the posts between him and getanewceo. This guy is unbelievable can someone tell me what this all means? Appaerently Rene has made a 3 year deal with a European fund. Rene will be Chairman of the Board and a new Management team will come in. But Rene will run the show. The deal was for millions and and in return he gave them hundreds of millions of shares in a private placement. Is this possible? Is this good or bad? Why haven't we heard about this? I just got back from a few days off to read this. Can someone verify all this. Tom
