Confluence,

1) Which institutions, specifically, or generally, are negative on the resource sector?

Look up a list of funds from the business section of your newspaper and ask them what percentage of their investments are in the Resource sector? I would also find out what percentage they were holding in 1995 for a fair analysis. These are tough times and the industry needs some leaders to help attract capital back to the market.

2) "why resource related funds that in the past have limited themselves to gold and other metals are 'relaxing' their rules to allow for diamond investments?

Like some of your own comments, this was posed as a "rhetorical" statement. With recent attention on diamonds, these funds are looking at diamonds to help offset the non-performance of gold.

3)"WSP is being labelled by many as dead money. They say this without staining the attractiveness of the results. It is the 'dull' and 'undervalued' assets, once understood, that usually attract large investments." A platitude. Please demonstrate conclusions from factual arguments.

Factual arguments have been presented in my previous write-ups on Winspear. I would be glad to forward them to you if you wish.

4...A: Last December, a certain influential investor took up most of the PP. The market reacted like Bill Gates bought some Bid.com.

This is the response I was looking for. They will need money again. Will a high profile entity again come to the plate?

5. Just letting you know that I own shares and always follow my own advice.

Looking forward to being enlightened (of mind, not wallet)

The resource sector has mined the wallets of many over the last three years. Sometimes, the best action is in-action. I look forward to your thoughts.

Sincerely,
Sudhir Khanna, P.Eng.
