Tunica, according to Carlson Online (Canadian subscription insider trading site) Alan Lutz just purchased 2221 shares in the open market. The trade date listed in June 29 1999, but that trade was not visible yesterday. I am willing to bet that more of Mr. Lutz's trades will show up. I am not sure what the law is for insider trading reporting in Canada, but it seems that the date they are made public is one month after trade. Anyway, A very bullish sign.
