Well, in Texas where the REAL Janice Shell lives it's all you need is an 8th grade education and a sidearm and you can call yourself a doctor of just about anything...

Alrighty now Gump, I must take exception to your maligning our education system here in the great State of Texas. Why I'll have you know that the majority of our youngins graduate high school and go on to institutions of higher learning.
