I had always thought that though it sounded real (and I am in a good position to judge the veracity of 911 calls) it was probably not, since I don't know of a jurisdiction that would allow a caller to continue to use the profanity the guy was using. In that call, the 911 operator never once asked the guy to stop doing that, which is SOP in most cases, at least those that aren't TRUE emergencies. Either way, I still cry from laughter every single time I play it. IT NEVER gets old. Len
