Elroy, every time I ask TWE when they will start offering additional IPO's the answer is always 'in the near future', they will not give a time reference ie., days.months,years.

Why would you think that the discount broker arm of an investment banker would participate in IPOs?

In Canada at least, Corporations don't set up subs to compete with themselves.
