Yes. My thoughts are that bks is trying to do damage control on yet another piece of negative news. The bottom line is that the accountants very clearly stated that they don't want HITT as a client, and that's quite unusual. I've followed other cases in which auditors have resigned. Normally it's obvious that this happened because of dissatisfaction on one side or the other, but it's conventional for both parties to say they agreed to the decision and leave it at that.

Moore Stephens Lovelace is making a statement, IMO.
