Yes I already "received" them.. there're no ticker symbols assigned to them yet.. but I guess it means these shares have been "reserved" for us :) I just called etrade and asked what "offer" means and whether I have to do anything to make sure I get them.. she said "you already got them.. no action needed" here's a copy and paste from my etrade acct positions. #_002413505 _SUBSCRIPTION OFFE 10 M No Price 0 #_003689443 _SUBSCRIPTION OFFE 5 M No Price 0

Please forget about my post 3289, my broker advised the rights were sitting on my account. Has anybody an idea of just "when rights will become shares and accounts debited" relative to the date of the IPO? Just a matter of being able to monitor, for those who don't trade online. Thanks - Tom
