I thought this was brought out before and had to do with the SCMI/HITTs merger.

Possibly. There are still unfiled financials, I believe. But how do you reconcile that hypothesis with this line from the 8K?

The reports of Moore Stephens Lovelace, P.A. included an explanatory paragraph expressing substantial doubt about the Registrant's and its predecessor's ability to continue as a going concern.

Nope. What was brought out before was resignation of Ernst and Young.
Read the 8K again. On July 26, 1999, the Registrant received written notice from Moore Stephens Lovelace, P.A..... That's day before yesterday.

I think *this* resignation had nothing to do with the merger, and everything to do with the numbers HITT is claiming in the 10Q.
