Richard, I have been a long time gold-phile. The problem is that after taking such a beating for so long I am wondering why anyone wants gold. Why not just have money or property. They have been far more reliable forever than gold has been. Gold is ok for jewelery but so is brass. At least silver used to be important for photography.

Richard,

BMG does have one advantage in getting booted off the index in that it will not be sold whenever the market drops. For this reason I know folks are looking at it as a better hedge against the market than some of the other majors.
That is if one is expecting the BK and all.
It sure is interesting to see a large outfit like BMG priced like a junior.
I know the problems of sub $5 such as no institutions, no margin buyers etc. I will note that a number of the OSX and NGas stocks have made it back from the <$5 grave.

Basically it all depends on two things, is the commodity (POG) going to come back and will the company survive its market purgatory in good enough shape to profit thereby?
If I am missing anything here, please advise.

Best Regards,

Roebear
