Good morning, John: You have a better sense than I of how bad the mistakes were. It is true that if it rises to as great a level of culpability as you say, it would bother me a lot. And I certainly agree that it should not be politicized! I was disturbed by the analogy to a rich kid in a fancy sportscar. If applicable, then it is truly another Kennedy fiasco....

I don't think this will happen. But I can understand the justice that would be served if it did come to pass.
