I was reading the YHOO thread this morning and I think they have it wrong on shares outstanding, float, market cap, the secondary offering, etc. I believe the shares outstanding shows approximately 80+ million shares after the split (before the split there was 40+ million shares), the secondary is for 10 million shares but 2 million by insiders (need to buy their mansions and cars - good for them), therefore bringing the total shares to 88+ million shares, the float should be around 68-70 million shares after the secondary, and the market cap is approximately $7.4 billion as of yesterday's close based on the secondary pricing near the closing price of 7/27. If I'm wrong, please someone correct me. Thanks.
