NSIL may be a hot IPO. Looks like the IPO will happen on August 10. The parent company FIBR will sell off its NSIL division by selling 5 million NSIL shares and keeping the remaining 8 million shares. The tentative price is 8 to 10 dollars.

What I find intriguing is that the current market cap of FIBR is only around 110 million, yet if the IPO goes through at $10 the market cap of the spin off (NSIL) will be 130 million. Either FIBR is worth nothing or it is undervalued.
