Hi Richard,

I continue to hold both GRT and KPA. GRT's dividend is looking more secure to me lately and KPA continues to have both low leverage and a low payout ratio. My only other REIT holding, KIM, just reported 20.5% FFO growth per share today. I don't know how they do it! I'm very impressed with the management of that company.

Dave

OT-Richard-Which are your top picks (you listed so many) considering your criteria of FFO, yield, leverage (including pfd.), property location and management quality etc.? With the interest rate rise so many have slumped recently despite good 6-30 results. Thanks for your opinion. Bob
