Francois, how come it is that you said back in early May that if the SEC filing wasn't made in a couple of weeks that you would be asking some pointed questions and begin to get nervous? Don't you feel like a complete chump, coming on here every two weeks or so and proclaiming the 10SB has been delayed another couple of weeks? This last one takes the cake, you swore up and down that their would be a filing July 27 or SOONER, instead NOTHING. They're not doing any new numbers, the 98 audit was done back in April if you believe their PR announcement, what's the holdup? As for me speculating about shares, sorry little dude, as you plainly could see, i'm taking the numbers straight from the ZSUN press releases and even giving them the benefit of the doubt that they rounded off the numbers. I myself feel like a chump for not spotting that back on April 8, I mean why give an earnings number, then an earnings per share range? The only thing that could be changing in that equation is the number of shares. I cannot wait for the 10SB to be filed, hurry hurry hurry. Mr. Burns

You answer that the defendants will not want you there as a hostile witness, so in other words, what you are saying is that you are going to be doing the defendants a big favor by not attending as a concerned and biased long, is that about right ???? So the champion of this company's causes F. Goelo + + + for so long will not be attending court. Are Burnsie's contentions about shares outstanding blind speculation, or were they taken from information the company has made public ? I believe we both know the answer to that, don't we.......
