Waterhouse Canada (formerly Greenline) offered quite a few new issues, mostly bonds and trust units, but also some stock IPOs. I picked up the Tundra Semiconductor IPO through Greenline as well as Sierra Wireless IPO, but both were offered to Canadians only due to security regulations. (i.e. both were listing on Toronto only and only filed with Canadian regulators) Barry
