Interesting article in the LA Times this morning on TiVo and Replay: latimes.com Looks to me like it would affect Gemstar. Comments, anyone?

chaz, We will do what we can to see what Dell and NTAP say about the performance of their venture. We may hear some data next month when NTAP makes quarterly earnings announcement. Dell has passed CPQ as PC leader. Now Dell is going after consumers, to fend off GTWY, I suspect, and to gain in new inut ventures. I no longer invest in boxmakers, though, so my interest in Dell is mostly to gauge its success with NTAP. Yeah, So. MD is very nice. I wish I could have a 40ft sail boat parked up here for my pleasure.
