ANTI-AGING DISCOVERIES FROM FAIRCHILD
INTERNATIONAL CREATE A FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH FOR
BABY-BOOMERS BUSINESS EDITORS &
HEALTH/MEDICAL WRITERS LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS
WIRE)--JULY 28, 1999--"THE BABY-BOOMER

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 1999--"The Baby-Boomer
generation has unknowingly created a whole new industry: the
development of anti-aging products," said Byron Cox, president of
Fairchild International Corporation (OTC BB:FRCD.O), yesterday in an
interview on Channel 22 Business News, a highly-rated Los Angeles
financial program.
Cox said the search for the so-called Fountain of Youth is just
beginning among the Baby-Boomers, now between the ages of 35 to 53,
who represent 90 million North Americans. When Cox learned that the
average life span of North Americans had increased from 66 to 75
years, he developed Youthful You - a new exclusive brand of anti-aging
products that Fairchild will market on television and the Internet.
"The search to extend one's life is taking place in medical
research laboratories around the world, where discoveries to enhance
aging and longevity will abound as we enter the new millennium," said
Cox. "Fairchild is well positioned in this multi-billion dollar market
to supply the latest youth-enhancing products to the Baby-Boomers, who
have the highest disposable income of any age group."
Fairchild will be joint-venturing with Praxis
Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTC BB:PRXX.O) to market its over-the-counter
anti-aging nutriceuticals, which include a revolutionary anti-wrinkle
topical facial cream and a product to assist people with arthritis.
Praxis, an Australian-based pharmaceutical research and
development group, is a world leader in the field of therapeutic
carbohydrate-based science. This relatively new field of scientific
medical research has attracted the attention of a number of financial
houses, including the Rothschild group which recently announced a
multi-million dollar equity investment in Praxis.
"We are a new millennium Internet company marketing our exclusive
anti-aging products in a unique way," said Cox. Fairchild's anti-aging
products will not be available at drug stores or on supermarket
shelves, nor behind the counter at Neiman Marcus or Saks. The products
will be sold directly to consumers through the Internet and direct
response television at the lowest possible price. "Our market research
tells us this is the business model of the future, and we intend be
involved in other special product fields on the Internet," he said.
Cox expects Lover's Delight-V, one of Fairchild's Viagra-type
products, to be controversial as an anti-aging therapy. There is a
formula for men and one for women that have no known side-effects. The
products will help couples rekindle their sex life, thus helping the
anti-aging process.
Dr. Felice Dunas, author of Passion Play, supports the notion
that sex can be an anti-aging therapy. "You can lower your biological
age by bringing more stamina into your body through sexual play. The
more vitality generated in the bedroom, the more that's available to
lengthen your life. Sexual ecstasy inspires the body to function at
its best, sexual frustration propels people into old age," she said.
Cox concluded his television interview by saying he did not know
a single person who wanted to feel old and look older rather than look
and feel younger.
Fairchild will launch their web site, www.HealthyPharmacy.com, in
September. They will also be featured in national television
programming, which will be supplemented by key advertisements in
national publications such as the New York Times.
