Robert,

why would they sell it so low at $3.00

It was an order to sell 5000 shares at market price. They accidentally keyed in 50,000 shares. Selling 50,000 shares at market price drove it down to $3.00. The trades were subsequently corrected. If some people actually acquired shares at $3.00, it's only because Canaccord made good on a mistake, NOT because another trader wanted to sell at that price.
