He sells directly from his website (http://www.dynamictraders.com/). He also advertises in TASC. The book is a fairly substantial 3 ring binder. For once I felt I was getting my money's worth versus books that are the size of my 1 yr. olds books. By the way, I do not want to sound like a cheerleader.
