650K shares in the first two hours. Obvious that we're playing with big, mean types.

Securities and Exchange Commission.....

SEC:

I'm not saying that anything illegal is taking place here. I actually assume that all is within the boundaries of the law, if not ethical. However, I feel that it would simplify the SEC's job, going forward, if you took this case study and described what is happening for the shareholders. It would provide a framework for understanding this sort of manipulation, legal or not, going forward.

Perhaps such a "guide" already exists?

GLIA short interest up 4X for July reporting period, but still not significant given the increased volume of late.

Thanks, Peter, for the latest figures (146K shares short).

Richard, I was one that felt the pain of day after day of negative post on Agouron thread and sold my stock even knowing they had good science. I had the stock for a long time and didn't want to give back all my profit like I did with other Biotech stocks.I agree with you and just added some GLIA shares. As to Yahoo they will not change a system that makes them lots of MONEY. J.D.
