LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 1999--

Millennium Films to Provide Production Financing

First Miracle Group (OTC BB: MVEE) has acquired the rights to
Alicia's Book, a highly sought after, original screenplay by Stanford
Whitmore, and has secured $12.5 million in financing for the motion
picture from Millennium Films, it was announced today by Tony Cataldo,
Chief Executive Officer of First Miracle.
Alicia's Book, a murder-thriller, will be produced by Academy
Award(TM) and Golden Globe nominee Pincus Perry (Gaby: A True Story),
Millennium's Chairman Avi Lerner, and First Miracle's Cataldo.
"We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Stanford
Whitmore and bring his vision to life on the screen," says Cataldo.
"We are equally delighted to collaborate with Millennium Films in
assembling an exciting creative team for Alicia's Book."
Alicia's Book is a gripping tale of a high-profile New York
journalist who travels to middle America to investigate the brutal
murder of his former lover, Alicia, a distinguished literary editor.
Alicia's last project, a compelling novel which was brought to her
under dangerous circumstances, led her into the arms of its anonymous
author, an ex-con who served time for the killing a highway patrolman.
As the intriguing story unfolds, it becomes apparent that the
circumstances surrounding her death are far from what they originally
seemed.
Millennium's President Brad Weston will oversee the production of
Alicia's Book, which is scheduled to begin shooting on location in
Toronto in January 2000. Foreign sales will be handled by Nu Image,
Millennium's sister company.
"We are happy to be working with Tony Cataldo and First Miracle
on this high profile project," says Weston. "Alicia's Book fits in
perfectly with our strategy of growing Millennium Films into a top
provider of independent movies featuring some of today's most-exciting
talent."
Millennium's feature film, Guinevere, is slated for release by
Miramax Films on September 24. The company is also in pre-production
on How to Kill Your Neighbor's Dog with Southfork Pictures, starring
Kenneth Branagh and Robin Wright Penn.
First Miracle Group, Inc., is an independent and diversified film
company with a unique corporate structure based on strategic and
exclusive alliances with high quality content producers. First Miracle
Group (OTC BB: MVEE) is a publicly-traded company.
