KD, I guess you were asking for more explanation. I will quote from the shareholder letter posted on the website:

"Even if we had made earlier contacts with our customers, the "dis-qualifiers" listed above would have greatly limited our success."

When Richard took over the reins at the beginning of the second quarter, he quickly came to the conclusion that an upgrade was necessary and focused efforts on v3.0 development, (now complete).

Agreed.

"slower ramp up" sounds Clintonesque. The truth is that it's been a nose dive down, with the hope of a "ramp up" a long distant memory. Sadly, this company hasn't "ramped up" in years, literally years, and at the same time this market has exploded and left them further behind.
