Well, it is an additional download to Yahoo! pager. If you have any experience with that, or something similar, you know that you can message people on a list, and also go into chat mode, similar to an ordinary chat window. Instead of requesting a normal chat, one requests a voice chat, and when the other party accepts, a chat window comes up, with some further instruction. Basically, you take turns talking, using the mouse to "hold a button down". I have a microphone in the front of my monitor, so I just talk into that. My brother had to hook up a microphone to his CPU, I am not sure where.
