Let me see if I understand. When SOX goes above 505 for 2 days go is time to go long with the next objective for resistance being 538. Is this correct?

Also, what is your (excellent) reading for the DRG's and BIO's.?

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Treasury Department Wednesday will propose new rules allowing it to buy back its own debt early as a way to deal with a growing mountain of cash and save money, a senior administration official said.
"It's giving the treasury a new tool to manage the federal finances in the most efficient and cost-effective way in the long term," said the official.
