Bill Vaughn, if you are referring to tax refunds, I never said I needed one. I pay the taxes that I am required by law to pay. I would not approve of doubling the president's salary. And I don't agree that following the democratic party principles means giving all my money to the government.

Both the President's salary and congressional salaries were increased. I don't believe only Democrats voted for these increases. Nor do the salaries seem out of line given the responsibilities of these jobs and the need to attract people who could earn many times these salaries in the private sector.
