Perhaps in the case of a lame duck President(who could not be convicted of any crime), the reason might be a more direct profit. We know others with-in his administration have "invested" in ways to assure a profit because of their office. Have you not heard of what was done by Hazel O'Leary(and overlooked by Reno)?
You should really get some of your news from FOX news.
