Check, in my honest opinion, the asset/cash swap would be a good deal for both companies, just as both NRs indicate.

It would be benefitial for HTP to balance their books, and TMK needs something tangible to elevate them from "shell" status.
I'm all for it too, but I still find it scary (my suspicious nature - once bitten...).

I hadn't totalled up the $4.3MM in recently raised funds - that should go quite a long way, but further dilution is imminent. On the bright side, though, TMK shareholders should be getting increased company value in return for weaker shares.

Everyone (myself included) griped about the dilution with HTP not long ago, but they have proven themselves now, IMO.
