I called Schwab today and received confirmation numbers. I was also told that the cash would have to be in the account beforehand - no 3 day settlement. I said pricing was not decided, but to assume $12. I hope this works when ICG is repriced to $20 (IMO), or perhaps even higher. I believe if you don't call your broker, you will probably not get the shares. Good luck!
