CH, if social ills could be solved by jawboning, I'm sure they would have been solved by now. If there were a simple solution, don't you think we'd have found it? I say, it's a nice city. You say, it's got social problems. I say, all big cities have social problems, at least on the East Coast, name one that doesn't. You don't respond. You say, D.C. doesn't have enough social programs. I say, it's got social programs, name one it doesn't have that it needs. You don't respond. You say, the government is inefficient. You know what? I think you've got an agenda, and you're gonna distort or ignore everything that doesn't fit your agenda. So, please yourself. I'm through talking to you about it, it's like banging my head against a brick wall.
