I'm all cash at the moment

Eric, Best wishes and see you later. I sold 40% of Intc, my largest position, in Jan99 and the $$ is still off the table.

Eric,

Good luck to you in your endeavors. You have a great looking web site, and I wish you success in your real business.

>>My own belief is that we will see a general decline in stock
prices at some point in the next six months - and I hopefully will be
able to take advantage of such a decline to get in on some
long-term-hold stocks.

Eric, best of luck. When Drew Peck (the SG Cowen chip analyst who upgraded Intel yesterday) used to post on SI a few years ago, he sometimes pointed out that the advantages individuals have over funds and institutions include the ability to operate with a longer timeframe and the ability to stay on the sidelines when appropriate. I sometimes wonder if the ease of trading online has tempted me to forfeit some of those advantages, and applaud you for being mature and patient enough to walk away for a while. Thanks for all you have contributed to the thread.
