With reference to the Thompson Institutional Pre-Trade activity, does anyone know what difference it makes if the large black arrow up (buying) is placed above or below the stock price line? Mostly it's below the line, but once in awhile I see a large black arrow up situated above the price line.

I 100% categorically agree that CRAMER is a Dunce, but those that follow through on his advise are even greater idiots.
