Conan, if your suspicions are correct you should run from this company as fast as possible. You have laid out a scenario of massive fraud. As wary as I am about Larson and his credibility, I find it inconceivable that he would do something so patently fraudulent. Remember, the market operates on trust.

How can you explain these three issues:

1. Revenues for the quarter were only 25 MM;
2. Accounts receivable dropped by only $65 MM after giving effect to a $32 MM write-off; and
3. Deferred revenues decreased by more than revenues booked.

I have no idea what the upcoming contract number might be. But the questions raised by the points I made above should be considered very seriously.

Gentlemen take a look at Trend Micro Nasdaq Symbol of TMIC. They retain all R&D and are 100% organically grown without purchasing shells of companies or technology that is not market leaders...Symantec is taking it too NETA at the desktop level but revenue for server based av is clearly in these people hands so to speak...
