Right. There was no adverse opinion for each of the two years in the period ended December 31, 1998

That was then, this is now.
Now there is an "ongoing concern" opinion, which is apparently related to Q1 and Q2 1999.

Please explain why the departure of another auditor, this time with an "ongoing concern" opinion, is a good thing.

What is it about this that you don't understand, Boris?

Moore Stephens Lovelace, P.A. stated that its withdrawal as auditor of record for Hitsgalore.com, Inc. was due to the Company not meeting the "Firm's client acceptance criteria."
