I can't answer your question, but I can tell you that in theory and ideally, shares are distributed equally. Whether this occurs, I don't know. The requirements to purchase shares are an established account with one of the underwriters, managers,or co-managers. Whether shares are distributed equally to all houses, I doubt. The catch is that the account must be established before todays announcement. The houses in theory cannot allow you to establish an account in order to participate in an announced IPO.
