Doesn't Wells' (regular Internet bill payment) front end you, capture the trans, then send them to CKFR for payment, in which case it would be Wells failing you?

I do not know. The rest of the web site was particularly slow at that time, so you may be right in that it may have been a problem at Wells. Anyway, Wells' bill pay system up-and-running again.
